During Recruitment

If you have urgent needs that could lead to a rushed appointment, we help meet those needs to ensure that permanent recruitment can be given due consideration.  We can then seamlessly hand over the tasks to the new hire once they are settled in.

Post Recruitment

If there is a candidate that shows real potential but lacks certain areas of experience, we can help provide precedents and train that candidate up for a period after they have joined your company.  This would enable, for example, a non-scripted lawyer to move across to working on scripted shows.
